We are seeking a polished and high outside powered sales professional in Manhattan who has experience in the Commercial Moving & Employee Relocation industries to drive new business for our growing company. If you have the ability to build upon your existing "rolodex," know how to effectively qualify prospects and present customized solutions to your future clients and are motivated by the opportunity to earn a healthy commission, then we want to speak to you.

Outside Sales-Person Pre-requisites We Seek:

* Possess a commanding and convincing presence while communicating

* Successful at targeting & controlling the sales process with high level decision makers

* Successful at prospecting to generate new meetings with decision makers.

* Ability to clearly differentiate yourself from your competition.

* Verifiable history as a top sales performer.

Outside Sales-Person Background Pre-requisites We Seek:

* 5 years experience soliciting and closing B to B sales in the NYC region

* Working knowledge of the NYC Commercial tenant market is a major plus.

* Relationships with Commercial Tenant Brokers, Human Resource Managers,

Commercial Relocation Companies, Commercial Property Managers, Interior

Designers, Office Furniture Co`s, Interior Construction Co`s, Facilities Managers, etc.

would be a major plus.

* Excellent writing (proposal drafting) and communication skills a must.

* Experience using contact management and order entry software

* Proficiency in Excel is required
